Laborers and Skilled Laborers

Compensation: Hourly pay ranging from $22-$35 per hour, depending on the role, location, and experience.Responsibilities: You'll be the backbone of our projects, performing essential manual tasks like digging, trenching, and preparing job sites. You'll also learn specialized skills like fiber blowing and how to operate heavy equipment.Travel: Many of our positions are for travel crews, offering per diem payments of $50-$125 per day in addition to a hotel, with crews typically traveling up to 5 weeks on with 1 week off.

Supervisors and Foremen

Compensation: Salaries range from $65,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience.Responsibilities: As a leader, you'll oversee projects from start to finish. This includes managing teams, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget, and upholding our high standards for safety and quality. You'll be coaching and mentoring your team to ensure their success.
